We reserve the right to change prices or remove items from the site without prior notice. Conception YM – Sogeman inc. claims that all information is accurate to the best of its knowledge when it has been posted. However, the texts do not commit Conception YM – Sogeman inc.
Your order can be paid online (credit card, Paypal) only. No sensitive information is treated on this site. The online payment is done on the secure interface of Paypal.
Please note that prices are displayed in Canadian, US dollars or Euro and sales taxes and shipping are extra. We would like to notice that all prices for international transport will be subject to adjustment depending on your location or weight and can be changed without notice.
The applicable taxes according to the regulations in force and your location.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
It is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped, usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please contact us for the cancellation of your order by phone: 819 960-6731 or by email: email@example.com.
These fees will automatically be added to the total of your order. See exceptions below.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING
We make every effort to ensure that your order is sent within 24 business hours of your order.
The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for USA and Canada. If for any reason this period is longer, we will contact you.
TO US AND CANADA CONTINENTAL DESTINATIONS
Orders for stock items will usually ship within 24 hours. We ship Sogeman Insect Screens and Umbrellas to continental US via UPS Standard from our US warehouse and it takes 2-5 days to reach you.
Need it Fast? We will send an email and ask extra funds for Express mail or UPS Expedited in US or Canada
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE USA/CANADA)
We ship your international order via normal delivery (by air), the normal delay is between 1 and 2 weeks.
In some countries, there is a maximum of $100 insurance, which is the maximum you can get if your package is lost or damaged.
Size and weight restrictions vary by country.
Need it Fast? We can use AIR Expedited mail shipping but it is not available for all countries and may be limited to $100 insurance, which is the maximum you can get if your package is lost or damaged.
-International customers will then generally receive AIR Expedited Mail orders in 5-10 business days, there might have a delay in your country customs (can sometimes be delayed for up to two weeks if there is a delay in customs).
We can also offer Fedex Economy 2 days service or UPS 2nd Day
TRACKING AN ORDER
Packages shipped by UPS and Fedex are trackable. If a valid e-mail address is provided, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Visit www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to enter the tracking number and check the progress of your shipment.
United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking information as they only scan the package when received and delivered. Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number to check the progress of your shipment.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order has not been shipped, the email address provided was invalid, or the email was blocked by your spam filter.
Our goal is your satisfaction, therefore we offer the following:
If the Sogeman product you purchased is unlikely defective within the first 30 days we will exchange it. After that, we will repair or exchange(at our option) your product according to the specific warranty. You just return, shipping prepaid, the defective item to us, we will then ship a replacement to you at no charge (shipped regular mail to you).
You may also return, shipping prepaid, any new and undamaged (with original packaging) item to us for any reason within the first 30 days of shipping date and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. If you installed the product and it is returned within 30 days with all packaging but with little damage or marks, we will apply a 10-25% restocking charge.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund after 30 days of original reception.
In any case, you must first request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) first via email.

ORDER DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS
To have your order delivered to a different address than the buyer, please enter it in the Paypal comments box and write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRODUCT IN INVENTORY BREAKDOWN
In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of the approximate delivery time and you will have the choice of waiting or getting a refund.
